How to Pay for My Puppy

Payment Information for Puppy Purchase

The final payment for your puppy is due on the day of pickup. Please note the following payment guidelines:

  1. Cash Only on the Day of Pickup: The final payment must be made in cash on the day you pick up your puppy. We do not accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks, PayPal, credit cards, or any other forms of payment.

  2. Pre-Payment Options: If you prefer not to bring cash, you may send a personal check for the full amount, which must arrive at least 10 working days prior to your pickup date.

  3. Wire Transfer: We bank with Novo Bank, and wire transfers are also accepted. Please ensure the wire transfer is completed a few days before the scheduled pickup.

  4. Zelle Payments: If you are unable to bring cash or send a check, we accept payments via Zelle. Our Zelle account information is as follows:

    Recipient Name: Quinn Brumfield
    Phone Number: 254-285-1101

Please be aware that Zelle has daily transfer limits, typically between $500.00 and $1,000.00. Some accounts may allow higher transfers, so we recommend checking with your bank or payment app to confirm your transfer limit before sending the full amount.

  5. Florida Sales Tax: Please be aware that all puppy purchases are subject to Florida's 7% sales tax, with no exceptions. The only exemption applies to customers who are registered as disabled veterans. If you qualify for this exemption, please bring the appropriate documentation (e.g., your government-issued disabled veteran card or related letter).

  6. Sales Tax Compliance: The Florida Department of Revenue requires breeders to charge sales tax on all puppy purchases. This is enforced, and breeders who do not comply have faced fines and interest charges. Even if you are taking the puppy home to another state, the sales tax applies to any purchases made in Florida.

For further understanding, you may review Statute 12A-1.049, which outlines the requirements for sales tax on puppy purchases in Florida.
